ELECTRICAL / ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
According to Directive No. 2014/35 / EU, Decree-Law No. 6/2008 of 10 January, Decree-Law No. 23/2011 of 11 February and EEC Regulation No. 765/2008 of 9 July all electrical equipment / electronic devices operating at a voltage greater than 50V must have the opposite “EC” marking, as well as a certificate of conformity, issued by the equipment manufacturer, attesting the conformity of the equipment with the mentioned Directive. It is only possible to import equipment that simultaneously meets both requirements.
Laser Pointers
If the importer is a private individual and if the number of pointers is less than 2, the importer will have to make a declaration to be responsible for the use of the articles and other legal document that the Broker ROMA de ANDRADE provides. If the importer is a company, it must obtain an authorization from INETI (delays are expected at least one week …). In both cases, this type of product must appear properly itemized on the invoice, including which class of laser.
